I quite enjoyed this. There's really no strategic reason to stop shooting, and there's no added challenge in having to hold the mouse button down. So I think it would only make sense to include an auto-fire option. But that's not so much a problem as it is a minor nuisance.

There is one big problem though. When you die you have the option to continue or quit. But you don't have any way to buy upgrades. This means that if you get stuck on a level you're SOL. It would make the game much better if you could go back and replay levels or buy upgrades between dying and retrying.

Other than those two issues this is a great game. I absolutely love the graphics.

Autoshoot will make the user think its less interaction int he game and it will just make it having less control over the user. Imagine if we also did autotargeting too. Where is the fun then? At least there is suspense to get you clicking :)

This game has potential. But it has some problems that make it feel unfinished. Having to repeatedly click to fire is annoying, especially seeing as holding down click doesn't seem to have any advantage. There appears to be no way to upgrade. I can only imagine what a nuisance it is to kill enemies on later stages as they get more powerful and your weapon doesn't. The level up sign at the end of a stage needs to be looked at. The words end up going off the right side of the screen. It also seems really out of place that they are in a plain font while the other words are in a bit more stylized font. I think that might be because I don't have that font installed and it's not embedded in the game. With some work this could be a pretty fun game.

Thanx for the suggestions! I'll surely correct these :P

Nothing about this makes me want to pay for a full version of it. The tutorials were very annoying. The prompts interrupted game play too much. The fruit automatically selling is a huge turn-off. It's quite annoying when you have to produce juice to have the fruit you need sold out from under you. There's really nothing about this game that separates it from the other countless farming game demos on this site. It needs more fluid game play and something special to set it apart.

It won't go past the first screen. I'd also like to suggest reconsidering the controls. Having most of your actions down on the bottom row with one action two rows up isn't very intuitive. I think B would be a better choice for "use some stuff" than E is.

Oh yeah sorry , u have to refresh the page a few times
If u want it to work

This sounds cool, but it never goes past the opening screen with the advert.

AMAmedia responds:

Please refresh .. sorry for this

Most runner games feel like shovel-ware these days. This game, however, is not one of those. You did a fantastic job of creating a unique game. The graphics are great. You clearly put a lot of effort into creating an immersive atmosphere. The music is nice and fits perfectly with the game. I also appreciate that you allow the user to mute the sounds and music. The controls are perfect. I with more devs would allow the user choices on what keys to use. The game play was so much fun that I couldn't stop until I beat the game. I appreciated that getting an achievement didn't result in half the screen being covered with a notice like you see in so many games these days.

All in all, I think this is a great example of an indie/casual game whose quality exceeds that of large studios.

This would be an absolutely great game if not for the speed. The game is excruciatingly slow, especially during the tutorial. By the time I finished the tutorial I felt quite irritated toward the game. Coupling that with how long it takes to restart a level when you need to tweak an objects position , I quit after the second level. If you adjusted the pace of the game so that players can play at their own pace it would have easily been a five star game.

Whenever I open a level it immediately says that I have completed the level and prompts me to submit to Mochi.

Thanks for the repost. gotta try to reproduce and fix :/

This game has great graphics. I think it's by far the best of the flag quiz games; I'm always happy to see something that can effectively teach important subjects. There is one glaring problem with this game; it auto-spawns a tab with king.com. It's unacceptable to open a new tab to your sponsor's site on my computer without my express consent, such as me clicking on the link. This would have been a 5 if not for spamming the me with the sponsor's site.

This game would have been great with two changes. I'd like to be able to use WASD or assign my own keys. And I think it shouldn't be a Mario game. The trend of slapping Mario on all sorts of games is quite annoying. This game is a perfect example of a good game that could stand on it's own without having to latch onto Mario's popularity. Had the extra effort been put in to create original assets/characters for this game it would be a very good and memorable game. Latching onto Mario just cheapens the experience in my view.
